SpotGo are an Australian owned family company that produce a range of premium household cleaning products. SpotGo’s flagship product is their famous Carpet Spot Cleaner, backed by five other premium signature cleaning products. Every aspect of every SpotGo product is sourced and created locally, and for this reason SpotGO required a specialist Australian agency that understood the market, to undertake a redevelopment project for their loved Australian brand.


With SpotGo products being sold in Woolworths and IGA supermarkets across the country, SpotGo approached Xylo with the hopes of reviving their neglected online presence. The aim was to increase conversions online, increase retail sales and spread brand awareness.


After meeting with SpotGo founders Brendan and Nancy Small and key stakeholders, a plan was developed detailing how SpotGo could be revitalised in the digital space and spread brand awareness across Australia.

Drawing on SpotGo’s deep family history in the Australian commercial cleaning industry, the cornerstone of the solution was a redesigned and reworked e-commerce platform that was in line with SpotGo’s new and improved packaging design and brand image. This was complimented with rebranded social media channels, a suite of graphics to creatively represent the new SpotGo range, and rounded off with a content marketing strategy.
