Challenge

Fotoworkshops began as the brain child of Glenn Mckimmin, a famous Australian landscape photographer. The idea was simple, give people the opportunity to experience and photograph some of the most breathtaking locations on the planet with some of the top landscape photographers in the world. Since launch, Fotoworkshops tours have taken hundreds of travellers on to all over the globe, to Norway, India, New Zealand, Australia, Iceland, Russia, Bhutan, The USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and more. However, as the demand for more small group luxury photography tours grew, the Fotoworkshops business required a complete digital overhaul to keep up.

Solution

We worked directly with the founder of Fotoworkshops, Glenn Mckimmin, to completely rebuild Fotoworkshops from the ground up. We developed a new brand strategy that better communicated the ethos and mission of Fotoworkshops, to provide once-in-a-lifetime luxury photographic experiences. This new brand strategy allowed us to move forward and construct a bespoke online destination, booking platform and customer management system, that when coupled with a powerful overarching digital marketing strategy has positioned Fotoworkshops as the Australian market leader for international luxury photography experiences.
